The balance ring is designed to bring you back to your natural state of harmony. The principle of yin and yang has its roots in the chinese daoism and discripes to polarity and duality of life. Yang is the bright, the light, the sun and yin the heaviness, the darkness, the moon. Whats so beautiful about the yin and yang symbol, that it shows, that in every yin is a yang, and in every yang a yin. In times of darkness, there is always light.
Depending where in your life you need balance, you can decide on which finger you will wear it.
