THE PEACE OF MIND ONLINE COURSE IS AN INVITATION TO CREATE CLARITY THROUGH YOGA AND MEDITATION. IT IS AN 21-DAYS IMMERSION INCLUDING VINYASA YOGA, YIN YOGA GUIDED MEDITATIONS, LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS. ALL TOOLS WE SHARE IN THIS COURSE ARE GROUNDED IN MODERN ANATOMY AND CLASSICAL YOGA PHILOSOPHY: AIMING TO CREATE AWARENESS AND STRENGTH IN THE BODY AS WELL AS PRESENCE AND CURIOSITY IN THE MIND.  IT'S ABOUT HOW TO FIND PEACE WITHIN OURSELVES AND SHARE THIS PEACE WITH OTHERS.

DURING THE THREE WEEKS WE WILL FOCUS ON DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE BODY, THE BREATH AND THE MIND. THE COURSE IS BUILD UP TO FIND YOUR OWN ASANA, PRANAYAMA AND MEDITATION PRACTICE AND ALLOWS TO DEEPLY CONECT WITH YOUR BODY AND SOUL.

THE COURSE WILL BE SEALED WITH IMPULSES HOW TO LIVE YOGA AND A PEACEFUL MIND BESIDE YOUR MAT.

THE COURSE WILL BE HOSTED BY MICROSOFT TEAMS, ALL CLASSES WILL BE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.

AS WE OFFER THE COURSE ONLINE AND THE CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED YOU CAN JOIN FROM EVERYWHERE EVEN FROM OUTSIDE IN A PARK OR IN YOUR LUNCH BREAK. FURTHER MORE WORKSHEETS AND AUDIO FILES ARE PROVIDED FOR SELF STUDY AND SELF PRACTICE WETHER YOU HAVE TWO OR 60 MINUTES TO SPARE EVERY DAY.
